Went on a weekday Thursday evening and the place wasn’t crowded thankfully since we didn’t make a reservation. The restaurant looks super elegant and the staff were also very attentive and sweet. My tummy was bloated and they recommended ginger tea with honey which really helps calm my tummy. Super nice! We ordered the mutton briyani (45rm), tandoori naan (16rm), keema naan (16rm), aloo ghobi & mango kulfi. The food was all fantastic except maybe the keema naan as it’s abit dry. The mutton was so soft and the briyani was so tasty and flavorful that we wanted to order more! Also, the aloo ghobi both potatoes and cauliflowers were so soft that they melt in your mouth! I tried mango kulfi for the first time and its first love indeed as the ice cream is sooo good. Overall superb experience and we will be back!
It has been a while since we went to Bombay Palace because of the MCO. We have been a patron of this establishment since 2006. Food is always good and for us, the best so far among similar establishments serving Northern Indian cuisine. It is pricey but worth the money. However owner please note, do maintain your premise better. The wall paneling is falling apart and it is a bit unsightly, not charming nor cute when you are dining at a fancy place like Bombay Palace. Also, the first of unthinkable happened to us - there were flies lingering around halfway through our meals. They admitted this 'flies invasion' sometimes do happen. But as a restaurant offering fine dining, this shouldn't be the case. So management, please address this as I do intend to come back again.
Had an enjoyable and lovely North Indian cuisine. A little pricey but food is good. We ordered a variety of dishes and shared among friends. The manager was most accommodating as we arrived late (almost closing) but he helped us order quickly and fed us hungry lot. The beriani, naans and curries and tandoori chicken are among those that stand out.
It was said to be one the best Indian fine dining in KL and it indeed was. Truly great food , fantastic service and an atmosphere that gets you feeling like a royalty of sorts are the factors that gives it a complete and satisfying dining experience to anyone. Last but not least , it's people deserve to be given special applaud.Highly recommended. They do catering and home delivery (3KM radius , RM100 minimum order) too so checkout it out.
This is the best Indian restaurants ever. I tried several times to have an in Indian foods in my country, but it was not Indian food at all. I ordered garlic Nan, butter curry with chicken. Some bisket served as appetizer. I was impressed! I definitely will come to here again with my friends.
